Walter Cullen Loftus Sr.

Mr. Walter Cullen Loftus, Sr., 91, of Kershaw passed away Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at Kershaw Health. He was born August 24, 1928 in Windsor Locks, CT, a son of the late Walter Loftus and Mae Kay Hendsey Loftus. Mr. Loftus enjoyed bowling, horse shoes, fishing, golf and being outdoors in his yard. He loved spending time with his family cooking out and eating. Mr. Loftus was a senior division bowling champion in Lancaster. Mr. Loftus is survived by his wife, Evelyn K. Loftus of Kershaw; a daughter, Cynthia L. Murphy and her husband Michael of Kershaw; three grandchildren, Rebecca Murphy, Lindsey Marie Murphy and Richard Murphy and his wife Scarlet; and a great-grandson, Myles Loverin. He was preceded in death by a son, Walter C. Loftus, Jr. Lancaster Funeral Home & Cremation Service is serving the family of Mr. Loftus.Read Obituary
