Mr. Robert Leonard “Bob” Hunter, 77, of Lancaster, husband of Sylvia Henry Hunter passed away Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at Lancaster Convalescent Center. He was born December 1, 1940 in Lancaster, a son of the late Odell Hunter and Helen Starnes Hunter. Mr. Hunter was a member of Crestview Baptist Church and was a U.S. Air Force Veteran. He was owner operator of Bob’s Mobile Home Supply.A memorial service with Military Honors to celebrate the life of Mr. Hunter will be held Saturday, December 30, 2017 at noon at the Chapel of Lancaster Funeral Home with the Rev. Casey Swails officiating.Mr. Hunter is survived by his wife, Sylvia Henry Hunter of Lancaster; a son, Robert L. Hunter, Jr. of Broken Bow, Nebraska; two daughters, Robbie Sanborn of Lugoff and Sandra Broome Watts and her husband Paul of Orangeburg; several grandchildren, including Michelle Hall, Kayla Steen, Tera Connors, Michael Brass, Kaitlyn Asker and Derrick Hunter; and several great grandchildren.
