Perline Polston Garris Moseley

Mrs. Perline Polston Garris Moseley, 95, of Lancaster, widow of Bennie Birchmore Moseley, Sr. passed away Saturday, April 17, 2021 at her home. She was born February 16, 1926 in Chesterfield, a daughter of the late John Polston and Eva Watts Polston. Mrs. Moseley was a member of Grace United Methodist Church and had retired from Springs Industries. Mrs. Moseley enjoyed sewing and loved working in her flower garden.A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Moseley will be held Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at the graveside at Lancaster Memorial Park with the Rev. Matt Alexander and Rev. Sh’Kur Francis officiating.Mrs. Moseley is survived by a step son, Bennie B. Moseley, Jr. and his wife Susan of Rock Hill; two step daughters, Becky Barton and Gail Moseley both of Lancaster; five grandchildren, Laura Beth Jordan, Bennie B. Moseley III, Lisa Culton, Bryan Moseley, and Carla LeMoine; and eight great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Moseley was preceded in death by her brothers, Johnny Polston, L. C.
