Peggy Ann Mullis White

Mrs. Peggy Ann Mullis White, 86, of Lancaster, widow of Charles Marion White, passed away Saturday, January 30, 2021 in Monroe. She was born July 17, 1934 in Lancaster, a daughter of the late Clint Mullis and Mary Alice Whitley Mullis. She was a member of Trinity Pentecostal Holiness Church and she enjoyed preaching and witnessing to people. She loved spending time with her family and friends. A graveside service to celebrate the life of Mrs. White will be held Thursday, February 4, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at Lancaster Memorial Park with the Rev. Tommy Mullis, Jr. officiating. Mrs. White is survived by her grandson, Chuck White and his wife Jessica of Lancaster; and two brothers, Rev. Dr. Rommy Mullis and his wife Linda of Lancaster and Tommy Mullis, Sr. of Sapphire, NC. In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. White was preceded in death by a son, Charles Marion White, Jr.; and three sisters, Jerri Murikami, Betty Wilson and Johnnie Hinson. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Thursday, February 4, 2021 at the graveside at Lancaster Memorial Park and other times at the home of Chuck White.
