Mrs. Pearlie Mae Watts Adams, 92, of Lancaster, widow of Hite Adams, passed away Sunday, June 13, 2021 at Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House. She was born May 27, 1929 in Lancaster, a daughter of the late Bonnie Watts and Rhoda Snipes Watts. Mrs. Adams was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church and she had retired from Springs Industries.A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Adams will be held Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at 11 a.m. at Immanuel Baptist Church with the Rev. Tim Anderson officiating. Burial will be in the Lancaster Memorial Park.Mrs. Adams is survived by a son, R. Earl Adams and his wife Cyndy of Lancaster; two granddaughters, Alison A. Walters and her husband Michael and Anna A. Plyler and her husband Garrett all of Lancaster; and five great-grandchildren, McKibben Walters, Shelton Walters, Candler Walters, Caroline Plyler and Ella Cate Plyler. She was preceded in death a daughter, Judy Adams; and two brothers, Jack Watts and Lloyd Watts.The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 16, 2021 at Immanuel Baptist Church in the fellowship hall.Memorial contributions may be made to Immanuel Baptist Church, 1152 Great Falls Hwy., Lancaster, SC 29720 or to Wayne T.
