Mrs. Patricia Ann Coulter Dunlap, 84, of Lancaster, widow of Joe Carl Dunlap, passed away Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at her home. She was born September 20, 1936 in Lancaster, a daughter of the late Robert Coulter and Thelma Coulter. Mrs. Dunlap was a member of Grace Freewill Baptist Church. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Mrs. Dunlap loved flower gardening and cooking. She loved life and lived it to the fullest and she loved the Lord.A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Dunlap will be held Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at 2 p.m. at Grace Freewill Baptist Church with the Rev. Roger Anders officiating. Burial will be in the Lancaster Memorial Park.Mrs. Dunlap is survived by two sons, Rick Dunlap and his wife Denise of Liberty Hill and Timmy Dunlap and his wife Elizabeth of Lancaster; three daughters, Trisha Bradsher and her husband Andy of Elgin, Teresa Workman and her husband Philip of Lancaster and Lisa Dunlap of Little River; a brother, Terry Coulter of Sumter; a sister Linda Plyler and her husband David of Lancaster; eight grandchildren, Eric Dunlap, Kelly Catledge, Nikki Sellers, Neil Workman, Amber Rogers, Lucas Dunlap, Brandon Faulkenberry and Ashley Johnson; thirteen great-grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; eight step great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild. In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Dunlap was preceded in death by a brother, Marvin Coulter and a sister, Barbara Jean Gainer.The family viewing will be from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at Grace Freewill Baptist Church.Memorial contributions may be made to Grace Freewill Baptist Church, 1616 Alpha Road, Lancaster, SC 29720.Lancaster Funeral Home & Cremation Service is serving the family of Mrs. Dunlap.Read Obituary

I am so sorry to see this obituary. Mama Pat is what she is to me. I wish someone had notified me. I have to go to bed cause I have to work tonight. It is with GREAT SORROW that I won't be able to attend her service. Mama Pat I love you & will see you again 1 day. HOW GREAT THOU ART i remember how much u loved that song. I'm so sorry for your loss. Pat was a sweet lady. I remember when kelly was 2 years old, she would sit with her in church every Sunday.
So sorry about your mom. She was a precious lady and I always enjoyed talking with her when Trish would do my hair. i will be praying for the family. She is now with your dad and happy as can be. I am sorry for your loss .Your mama was a sweet lady. I remember her cooking us chicken and rice when were kids on Erwin Farm I'm sure she will be missed by many .Prayers for the family .
