Mrs. Maxine Driggers Nichols, 81, of Lancaster, widow of J.W Nichols, passed away Friday, October 27, 2017 at Springs Memorial Hospital. She was born June 10, 1936 in Bennettsville SC, a daughter of the late Oliver Driggers and Estelle Monkford.Mrs. Nichols is survived by two sons, Buddy Nichols of Columbia and Nick Nichols of Lancaster; a daughter Vonnie M Nichols and her companion Melony Lucas both of Lancaster; five grandchildren Nicholas Nichols, Zack Nichols, Mack Nichols, Jordan Nichols, and Addie Nichols; three great-grandchildren, Kadence Neff, Oaklynn Neff, and Jaden Nichols; and a niece Dottie Anne Driggers of Blenheim, SC.The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Monday, October 30, 2017 at Lancaster Funeral Home and other times at the home of Nicholas and Brittany Nichols.Lancaster Funeral Home & Cremation Service is serving the family of Mrs. Nichols.

So sorry for your loss. I did not know she passed away. I used to work with Maxine at Wal-mart. I really liked her, a very nice lady.
