Mrs. Linda Sue Adams McManus, 71, of Lancaster, widow of the late Jerry Glenn McManus, passed away Thursday, September 30, 2021 at her home. She was born October 25, 1949 in Lancaster, a daughter of the late John Blair Adams and Maude Threatt Adams.A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. McManus will be held Monday, October 4, 2021 at 11 a.m. at Lancaster Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Patrick Blackmon officiating. Burial will be private.Mrs. McManus is survived by two daughters, Cheryl King and her husband Wilson King III, and Jennifer Sanders and her husband Jason all of Lancaster; a step-son, Scotty McManus of Lancaster; a step-daughter, Tonya Steele and her husband Alex of Lancaster; a brother, John B. Adams, Jr. and his wife Janice of Bossier City, LA; nine grandchildren, Skylar, Aspen, Slade, Brody, Austin, Grant, Taylor, Trevor and Tristen; and three great-grandchildren.Lancaster Funeral Home & Cremation Service is serving the family of Mrs. McManus.Read Obituary

Sue was a great person and friend. We had some good times and they will always bring a smile when I think of her. She will be greatly missed. Prayers for all her loved ones.

Cheryl and Jennifer I am so sorry to hear about your Mama.She was such a sweet sweet lady who always requested one song from our music group…….Every time I hear “Let’s just kiss and say goodbye” I think of her.I leave you with this Bible verse and pray for you all…..John 14:1.
