Ms. Linda Joyce Helms Morris, 77, of Lancaster passed away Sunday, January 16, 2022 at her home. She was born November 7, 1944 in Lancaster, a daughter of the late Lee Helms and Ruby Manus Helms. She was a member of Springdell Baptist Church. A service to celebrate the life of Ms. Morris will be held at a later date. Ms. Morris is survived by a daughter, Ann Parker of Lancaster; two sisters, Jean Faulkenberry (Billy) and Wanda McCaskill (Hugh) all of Lancaster; three grandchildren, Christopher Parker, Kandice Cox and Alex Parker; a great grandson, Wesley Cox; a special friend Ed; and her fur baby, Buffy. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Robert Morris; six brothers, Thomas Helms, David Helms, Franklin Helms and three infant brothers; and a sister, Shirley Helms Hunter. Memorial contributions may be made to Springdell Baptist Church – Building Fund, 1420 Springdell Church Road, Lancaster, SC 29720. Lancaster Funeral Home & Cremation Service is serving the family of Ms. Morris.
