Lillian Elizabeth Little Bowers

Mrs. Lillian Elizabeth Little Bowers, 91, of Heath Springs, widow of Ezra Eugene Bowers, passed away Thursday, November 29, 2018 at Lancaster Convalescent Center. She was born February 22, 1927 in Union County, NC, a daughter of the late William Clifford Little and Nellie Broome Little. Mrs. Bowers was a member of Heath Springs Baptist Church.A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Bowers will be held Saturday, December 1, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the Chapel of Lancaster Funeral Home with the Rev. Dr. Frankie Melton officiating. Burial will be in the Salem Cemetery in Heath Springs.Mrs. Bowers is survived by two sons, Dennis Bowers and his wife Barbara of Lancaster and Mitchell Bowers and his wife Barbara of Heath Springs;a grandson Thomas Chad Bowers and his wife Madelyn, two great grandchildren Cooper Bowers and Dashiell Bowers all of Columbia, two sisters, Azalee Pate of Rock Hill and Minnie Little Pate of Lancaster. In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Bowers was preceded in death by four brothers, Harold Little, James T. Little, Burris Little and Clifford Little, and three sisters, Verla Faye Sims, Addie N. Ashley and Kathryn Hilton.The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 1, 2018 at Lancaster Funeral Home.Memorial contributions may be made to Heath Springs Baptist Church, P.O.
