Juanita Maxine Faile Baker

Mrs. Juanita Maxine Faile Baker, 74, of Lancaster passed away Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at Glen A. Kiser Hospice House. She was born December 29, 1945 in Lancaster, a daughter of the late Claude Faile and Geneva Moree Faile. Mrs. Baker retired from Springs Industries. She was a faithful member of Freedom Freewill Baptist Church. A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Baker will be held Saturday, October 31, 2020 at 11 a.m. at Freedom Freewill Baptist Church with the Rev. Mitch Ingram officiating. Burial will be in the Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Baker is survived by a son, Jerry Dalton Baker, Jr. of Lancaster; a daughter, Lisa McDowell and her husband Mark of New London, NC; a brother, William Faile and his wife Sandra of Lancaster; a sister, Tammy Hudson of Lancaster; six grandchildren, Nikki Hollis, Logan McDowell, Jared McDowell, Joshua McDowell, Mallory Baker and Morgan Baker; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two daughters, Lori Myers and Angie Hagins; two brothers, Ray Faile and Charles Franklin Faile. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. Saturday, October 31, 2020 at Freedom Freewill Baptist Church.
