Mr. Jesse Kenneth Gay, 81, of Lancaster, husband of Shirley Kelly Cooper Gay, passed away the morning of Sunday, December 9, 2018 at his home. He was born December 17, 1936 in Lancaster, a son of the late Columbus Butler Gay and Alma Stephenson Gay.The family will host a memorial service to celebrate the life of Mr. Jesse Gay on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Victory Worship Center with the Rev. Brian Barton officiating.Mr. Gay is survived by his wife, Shirley Ann Kelly Cooper Gay and a sister, Katherine Robinson of Lancaster. In addition to his parents, Mr. Gay is preceded in death by a brother, William Rudolph Gay and a sister, Sybil Gay Criminger.The family will receive friends following the service at the church fellowship hall.Lancaster Funeral Home & Cremation Service is serving the family of Mr. Gay.Read Obituary
