Mr. James Leroy Starnes, 55, of Lancaster, passed away Tuesday, December 21, 2021 in Rock Hill. He was born June 21, 1966, in Lancaster a son of Nancy Evans Starnes Stroud and the late Hughey Leroy Starnes. It was Mr. Starnes wishes that no service be held. Mr. Starnes is survived by his mother, Nancy Evans Starnes Stroud; two sons, Quinton Starnes and Ethan Johnson both of Chester; a brother Marty Starnes and his wife Jeannette of Lancaster; and three sisters, Michelle Hyatt and her husband Don, Lisa Catoe, all of Lancaster and Patricia Sweeney and her husband Tim of Columbia. The family will receive friends at the home, 525 Sunnybrook Lane, Lancaster from noon to 4 pm Wednesday, December 22, 2021.
