Jack David Young

Mr. Jack David Young, 69, of Lancaster passed away Sunday, August 14, 2022 at his home with his loving wife by his side. He was born February 15, 1953 in Cullowhee, NC to the late Herbert and Nora Queen.A Graveside service for Mr. Young will be held privately Thursday, August 18, 2022 with the Rev. Andrew Flippo officiating.Mr. Young loved reading the Bible and working outdoors. He attended Kershaw Church of God and loved his family very much.Mr. Young is survived by his wife, Virginia Young of the home; a son, Edward Young of Kershaw; his sister, Gladys Webb of Cullowhee, N.C.; and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Peggy Young, parents; a daughter, Lori Ann Young; six brothers, Willard, Dillard, Walter, Woodrow, Hayes, and Edgar Young; and five sisters, Ruby, Edna, Emma-Jean, Lois Marie and Lorenia-Jane Young.
