Helen Barbara Caskey Flow

Mrs. Helen Barbara Caskey Flow, 84, of Fort Lawn, widow of Henry Paul Flow, passed away Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at Carolinas Complete Care. She was born April 21, 1934 in Lancaster, a daughter of the late Paul Pressley Caskey and Willie Marie Sims Caskey. Mrs. Flow was a member of Tirzah Presbyterian Church.A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Flow will be held Sunday, May 6, 2018 at 2 pm at Tirzah Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Harold Hutchinson officiating. Burial will be in the Tirzah Presbyterian Church Cemetery.Mrs. Flow is survived by a daughter, Margaret Ann Flow of Lancaster; a sister, Ann Caskey Hollern and her husband Tom of Tallahassee, FL; and a granddaughter, Faith Marie Flow.
