Fred Norman "Buddy" Allen

Mr. Fred Norman “Buddy” Allen, 76, of Lancaster, widower of Sue Ann Deese Allen, passed away Friday, April 8, 2022 at his home. He was born July 30, 1945 in Lancaster, a son of the late Hoyt William Allen and Christine Curtis Allen. Mr. Allen was an avid fisherman. He loved music, and playing cards. Mr. Allen loved his family and had a heart to help others. His painting career was his life.A service to celebrate the life of Mr. Allen will be held Monday, April 11, 2022 at 3 p.m. at Lancaster Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Les Thomas officiating. Burial will be in the Lancaster Memorial Park.Mr. Allen is survived by a son, Fred William Allen and his friend, Heather Amanda of Lancaster; three daughters, Sheila Renee Parkman, Sandra Ann Blackmon and Leila A. Willis and her husband Jon all of Lancaster; a sister, Ruby Allen Estridge of Lancaster; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. Monday, April 11, 2022 at Lancaster Funeral Home.Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice.Lancaster Funeral Home & Cremation Service is serving the family of Mr. Allen.Read Obituary
