Dolores “Dee” Hordichuk, age 92, of Lancaster, South Carolina, passed away peacefully on February 4, 2022 at the Hospice & Community Care of Rock Hill in the presence of her loving family. Dolores was born in Dickson City, Pa. She married and raised 2 sons while living in Jackson NJ. Dolores enjoyed spending time with her family and spent her final years living with her son and daughter-in-law in Lancaster, South Carolina. Dolores was preceded in death by her parents, Stanley and Helen Wojciechowski, her husband, Ted, and her oldest son, Teddy. She is survived by siblings, Barbara Szewczyk of Olyphant, Pa, and Paul Thomas of Lake Ariel, Pa; daughter-in-law, Carol Hordichuk (widow of late son, Teddy) of Jackson, NJ; son and daughter-in-law, Dale and Colleen Hordichuk of Lancaster, SC; granddaughter, Melissa Hordichuk of Charlotte, NC; and grandson and granddaughter-in-law Brian and Gabrielle Hordichuk of Indian Land, SC. A gathering to honor her life will be held at a future date, when family and friends can gather safely in good health. Lancaster Funeral Home & Cremation Service is serving the family of Mrs. Hordichuk.
