David Lee Watters Sr. Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Mr. David Lee Watters, Sr., 65, of Heath Springs passed away Monday, December 21, 2020 at MUSC Health – Lancaster Medical Center. He was born January 8, 1955 in Rock Hill, a son of the late Ephram Watters and Lois Costner Watters. Mr. Watters was a devoted family man who loved to spend time with his children and grandchildren. He also enjoyed phone time with his friends. A service to celebrate the life of Mr. Watters will be held Saturday, December 26, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. from the graveside at Tirzah Presbyterian Church Cemetery with the Rev. Tim Larrimore officiating. Mr. Watters is survived by his wife, Faye Broome Watters; two sons, David L. Watters, Jr. and his wife Alisha of Lancaster and Robert Wayne Watters of Heath Springs; five daughters, Janet Watters of Heath Springs, Carol Hoffman of Indian Trail, Regina Byrum of Monroe, Vickie McCain and her husband Ted of Waxhaw and Crystal Sowell and her husband Ronald of Lancaster; a sister, Gloria Wilburn of Chester; seventeen grandchildren; and eighteen great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Mr. Watters was preceded in death by a brother, Vernon Watters. The family will receive friends from 2:30 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Saturday, December 26,, 2020 at Tirzah Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
