Mrs. Darlene Carlisle Bedwell Westphal, 61, of Great Falls, passed away Sunday, August 18, 2019. She was born August 13, 1958 in Lancaster, a daughter of the late Robert Clinton Carlisle and Betty Curtis Carlisle. A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Westphal will be held Saturday, August 24, 2019 at 11 a.m. at Great Falls Church of The Nazarene with the Rev. Henry Adams officiating. Burial will be in the Lancaster Memorial Park.Mrs. Westphal is survived by her husband, Jerome “Jerry” Westphal of Florida; a son, Patrick Bedwell and his wife Taylor of Great Falls; a daughter, Amanda Lindsey and her husband, Jason of Great Falls; two brothers, Clay Carlisle and his husband Forrest of Columbia and Robert M. Carlisle of Great Falls; a step-daughter, Rebecca Westphal of Florida; and five grandchildren, Alexis Lindsey, JT Lindsey, Julie Lindsey, Patrick Bedwell, Jr. and Riley Sheppard. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, John D. Bedwell.The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday, August 23, 2019 at Lancaster Funeral Home and other times at the home of Mrs. Westphal, 70 Holly Street, Great Falls, SC.Lancaster Funeral Home & Cremation Service is serving the family of Mrs. Westphal.Read Obituary
