Dale Patrick Van Allen

Mr. Dale Patrick Van Allen, 49, of Lancaster passed away Monday, August 2, 2021 at his home with his Mom by his side. He was born November 25, 1971 in Columbus, Ohio, a son of Roberta Withrow Van Allen and the late Robert Van Allen. Dale was a loving Father, Brother and Son. He was a prominent member of the bicycle retail industry and worked for Bike Source for over 33 years. He started as a teenager with Bike Source and later became Vice President.A service to celebrate the life of Mr. Van Allen will be held at a later date in Ohio.Mr. Van Allen is survived by a son, Davis Van Allen and his mom, Kristen Van Allen; his mother, Roberta Van Allen; two brothers, Scot Van Allen and his wife Ajuan and Todd Van Allen and his wife Becky; a sister, Theresa Moore and her husband Ray; three nephews, Joshua Van Allen, Nicholas Van Allen and Hunter Moore; and a niece, Lindsay Moore.Memorial contributions may be made to 24 Foundation - Dale Van Allen Memorial Fund, http://events.24foundation.org/team/368617.
