Clifford Edward Ballard

Mr. Clifford Edward Ballard, 54, of Lancaster passed away Friday, March 26, 2021 at his home. He was born August 25, 1966 in Lancaster, a son of Mary Stevens Starnes and the late Charles Edward Ballard. Mr. Ballard was a brick mason. A service to celebrate the life of Mr. Ballard will be held Thursday, April 8, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Lancaster Funeral Home with Mr. Kevin Williams officiating. Mr. Ballard is survived by a son, Charles Matthew Ballard of Lancaster; four daughters, Rebecca Dianne Campos and her husband Francisco, Kimberly Danielle Ballard and her husband Franklin, Brittany Nicole Ballard and Chasity Hope Boone all of Lancaster; his mother and step father, Mary Starnes and Cephus Starnes of Lancaster; two brothers, James Willis Ballard and Cecil Ray Starnes both of Lancaster; two sisters, Tammy Wynette Price and Mary Ann Ellis and her husband David all of Lancaster; and eight grandchildren, Gabriela, Juliana, Josue, Llandel, Juritza, Jayden, Raylee, and Eric and another due in September. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his best friend and significant other, Susan Williams Moseley. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Thursday, April 8, 2021 at Lancaster Funeral Home and other times at the home of Cephus and Mary Starnes.
