Charles Wayne Miller

Mr. Charles “Wayne” Miller, 76, of Lancaster passed away Friday, December 14, 2018. He was born September 4, 1942 in Lancaster, a son of the late James Dalton and Gertrude Hancock Miller and was married to Mary Lou Smith Miller. A service to celebrate the life of Mr. Miller will be held Monday, December 17, 2018 at 2 p.m. at the Chapel of Lancaster Funeral Home with the Rev. Tim Larrimore officiating. Burial will be at a later date. Mr. Miller is survived by his wife Mary Lou Smith Miller; his son Jeremy Wayne Miller and his wife Melissa of Lancaster; his granddaughter Ashley Miller of Lancaster; two brothers Scoopy Miller and his wife Bonnie of Lancaster and Danny Miller and his wife Jennifer of Spokane Washington; a sister in law Melanie Miller of Spartanburg, Sc. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Jimmy Miller. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. Monday, December 17, 2018 at Lancaster Funeral Home and other times at the home of Wayne and Mary Lou.
