Brenda Joyce Hyatt Laney, 78, passed away March 3, 2022. She was born February 7, 1944 daughter of the late John Parrish Hyatt and Edna Irene Hyatt. Brenda loved her family and grandchildren and is survived by her Husband C.B. Laney; her daughter, Tammy Oedewaldt (Dwayne) and her grandchildren Bailey Oedewaldt, Connor Oedewaldt, Adriena Laney, Tony Laney Jr. Christopher Laney; and sisters, Judy Kennington (William), Darlene Whitley (Oscar). She was preceded in death by her son Tony Laney; and her parents John & Edna Hyatt; her brothers, Bob Hyatt, Carl Hyatt, Gerald Hyatt, Odell Hyatt; and her sister, Carolyn Oliver. Service will be at Lancaster Funeral Home, 709 North White Street, Lancaster, S.C. 29720 on March 6th, 2022 at 3:00 pm. Visitation begins 1 hour prior to the service. Burial will be at New Cut Church Cemetery.
