Ms. Becky Renee Phillips, 60, of Lancaster passed away Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at MUSC Health – Florence Medical Center. She was born October 27, 1959 in Lancaster, a daughter of Edith L. Phillips and the late Ira Lee Vernon Phillips, Jr. She was a loving companion, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. She loved to cook, watch football, NASCAR, movies and TV. She enjoyed spending time with family and her Bear – Bear. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Ms. Phillips will be held Saturday, February 8, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. at Temple Baptist Church with the Rev. Larry Linderman and Mr. Wayne Snipes officiating. Ms. Phillips is survived by her mother, Edith Phillips of Lancaster; her companion Dennis Snipes of Lancaster; her fur baby Bear Bear; a sister, Debbie Baker and her husband Jerry of Lancaster; a sister in law, Karen Phillips of Lancaster; and her nieces and nephews, Jimmy Baker (Stephanie), Misty Rutledge (Robbie), Jamie Phillips (Mandy), and Stephanie Phillips. Memorial contributions may be made to Temple Baptist Church, 1202 Old Landsford Road, Lancaster, SC 29720. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Saturday, February 8, 2020 at Temple Baptist Church.
