Becky Rollins Jenkins

Mrs. Becky Rollins Jenkins, 74, of Lancaster, widow of James Ledell “Jimmy” Jenkins, passed away Sunday, July 22, 2018 at home. She was born September 19, 1943 in Lancaster, a daughter of the late Claudie Rollins and Edna Brown Rollins. Mrs. Jenkins was a member of Sherwood Baptist Church, where she had taught Sunday School. She and her husband had owned and operated Shrimp Boat in Lancaster for many years.A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Jenkins will be held Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Lancaster Funeral Home with the Rev. Scott Mosley and Mr. Hunter Brown officiating. Burial will be in the Lancaster Memorial Park.Mrs. Jenkins is survived by a son, Dell Jenkins and his wife Teresa of Lancaster; a daughter, Joy Jenkins Funderburk of Lancaster; seven grandchildren, Dustee Sinclair (Benji), Jimmy Jenkins (Cassie), Michael Funderburk, Chris Jenkins (Hannah Bowers), Matthew Funderburk, Jessica Terry (Jared), and Mandi Funderburk (Phillip Johnson); and sixteen great grandchildren, Hannah Sims, Hailey Sims, Branson Johnson, Jacob Scott, Maddie Funderburk Addison Jenkins, Kash Funderburk, Grayden Funderburk, Ivy Funderburk, Ayden Jenkins, Riker Funderburk, Austin Funderburk, Gaige Johnson, Nahaven Funderburk, Emily Terry and Caylee Jenkins. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Steve Rollins and Donald Rollins.The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at Lancaster Funeral Home and other times at her home.Lancaster Funeral Home & Cremation Service is serving the family of Mrs. Jenkins.Read Obituary
