Mrs. Barbara “Bobbie” Cooper Criminger, 85, of Lancaster, wife of Broadus S. Criminger, Jr., passed away Friday, September 13, 2019 at MUSC Health – Lancaster Medical Center. She was born November 8, 1933 in Lancaster, a daughter of the late Ervin Calhoun Cooper, Sr. and Sadie Lue Twitty Cooper Rogers. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. She loved to do crafts, read, cook, play games, collect knic knacks, decorate her home, watch storms, shopping and spending time with her family.A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Criminger will be held Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Rich Hill Baptist Church with the Rev. Rod Yow officiating. Burial will be in the West Side Cemetery.Mrs. Criminger is survived by her husband, Broadus S. Criminger, Jr.; a son, Bryant G. Criminger of Lancaster; a daughter, Renee C. Watts of Lancaster; two grandchildren, Barbara A. Church and Miranda R. Watts; and three great grandchildren, Regan Cameron, Reese Cameron, and Colton Church.The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at Rich Hill Baptist Church Fellowship Hall and other times at her home.Memorial contributions may be made to Rich Hill Baptist Church, 1557 East Doc Garris Road, Heath Springs, SC 29058, Lancaster Funeral Home & Cremation Service is serving the family of Mrs. Criminger.Read Obituary
