Annie Lee Caskey Smith

Mrs. Annie Lee Caskey Smith, 84, of Lancaster, widow of Floyd T. Smith, Jr., passed away Thursday, January 2, 2020 at her home. She was born December 2, 1935 in Lancaster, a daughter of the late James Alfred Caskey and Anna Irene Williams Caskey. Mrs. Smith was a member of Temple Baptist Church. She loved her family and church friends. She enjoyed quilting, sewing, word search puzzles, reading and cooking. Mrs. Smith especially loved her Chihuahuas, Jerry and Lewis. A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Smith will be held Saturday, January 4, 2020 at 3 p.m. at Lancaster Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. George Brasington and Rev. Dr. Frankie Melton officiating. Burial will be in the Lancaster Memorial Park. Mrs. Smith is survived by three sons, Randy Smith, Allen Smith and Floyd Smith all of Lancaster; and three sisters, Mrs. Shellie (Martha) Hendrix of Heath Springs, Mrs. Hazel (Betty) Walkup of Waxhaw and Mrs. George (Joyce) Brasington of Kershaw. The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. Saturday, January 4, 2020 at Lancaster Funeral Home.
