Ann Odell Dodds Lathan

Mrs. Ann Odell Dodds Lathan, 77, of Great Falls passed away Thursday, September 9, 2021 at MUSC-Columbia. She was born March 31, 1944 in Chester, a daughter of the late Sidney Odell Dodds and Annie Lucille Clark Dodds. Mrs. Lathan was married to Olin for 59 years. She was very talented and loved to sew and make crafts. Mrs. Lathan enjoyed the outdoors and loved to fish. She also used her talents to make fishing lures that are very popular in this area. A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Lathan will be held Saturday, September 18, 2021 at 2 p.m. at Lancaster Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Greg Batchelor officiating. Mrs. Lathan is survived by her husband, Olin Randolph Lathan of Great Falls; two daughters, Judith A. Gonzalez and her husband Felix of Gatesville, TX and Beverly Huffstetler of Lancaster; six grandchildren, Felix A. Gonzalez, Frances N. Kirby, Joshua Gonzalez, Joseph M. Ovington, Madison D. Huffstetler and Wesley J. Mickle; and six great-grandchildren, Sophia Grace Kirby, Ryan T. Kirby, Kataleya N. Gonzalez, Maria F. Gonzalez, Nadden Gonzalez and Felix I. Gonzalez.
