Zachary is survived by his parents, Tracy and Beth Sims; two brothers Aaron Perlman and Christopher Holmes; three sisters, Hannah Sims, Anna Perlman, and Hailey Sims; paternal grandparents Richard and Kathy Sims, and a maternal grandmother Myra Birt all of Lancaster.
