William Joseph Delany

Mr. William Joseph Delany, 92, of Pageland passed away Sunday, September 3, 2017 at his home. He was born April 3, 1925 in Atlantic City, NJ, a son of the late Joseph William Delany and Susan Green Delany. He was a loving father and grandfather. He loved watching sports and war movies and talking about war stories about his Army experiences.The family will host a service to celebrate the life of Mr. Delany on Thursday, September 7, 2017 at his home at 507 Hazel Blakeney Road, Pageland.Mr. Delany is survived by a son, Donald Edward Delany of Atlanta, GA; a daughter, Edeltraud “Sue” Lee and her husband, Brady, of Pageland; two grandchildren; five great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.Lancaster Funeral Home & Cremation Service is serving the family of Mr. Delany.Read Obituary
