Mr. William Paul “Bill” Allen, 75, of Lancaster passed away Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at Springs Memorial Hospital. He was born April 8, 1942 in Camas, WA, a son of the late Roy William Allen and Laura Spry.Mr. Allen is survived by his wife, Annie Jeanette “Jan” A. Allen of Lancaster; two sons, Roy William Allen of Spotsylvania, VA and Jack Randell Allen of Savannah, GA; two daughters, Debra Lynn Allen of Rock Hill and Brenda Lee Shelton of Lancaster; a sister, Laura Allen; a number of grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.Lancaster Funeral Home & Cremation Service is serving the family of Mr. Allen.Read Obituary
