Nina Lynn Outen Gibson

Mrs. Nina Lynn Outen Gibson, 63, of Lancaster passed away Monday, April 9, 2018 at New Hanover Medical Center – Wilmington, NC. She was born July 13, 1954 in Kershaw, a daughter of the late James Hazel Outen and Famie Hinson Outen. A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Gibson will be held Thursday, April 12, 2018 at 6 pm at Lancaster Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be private. Mrs. Gibson is survived by her husband, Donald Gibson of Lancaster; three daughters, Crystal Gibson Faulkenberry and her husband Scott, Amanda Gibson and her husband Frankie Cauthen, and Kelly Boone and her husband Matthew all of Lancaster; two brothers, Harold Outen of Lugoff and Larry Outen of Elgin, SC; a sister, Joyce Vincent of Elgin; and five grandchildren, Joshua & Addison Faulkenberry, Caleb Cauthen, Chloe and Alex Laney. She was preceded in death by a brother, Eddie Outen; and two sisters, Ann Brown and Carolyn Smith. The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until 6 p.m. Thursday, April 12, 2018 at Lancaster Funeral Home.
