Michael Benton Carnes

Mr. Michael Benton Carnes, 57, of Lancaster passed away Friday, February 27, 2015 at Springs Memorial Hospital. He was born June 19, 1957 in Lancaster, a son of the late Thomas Benton Carnes and Betty Jo McManus Carnes Catoe.A service to celebrate the life of M. Carnes will be held Monday, March 2, 2015 at 11 am at Lancaster Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. James Fennell officiating. Burial will be private.Mr. Carnes is survived by his wife, Rose Ellis Carnes of Lancaster; a son, Michael Lee Carnes and his wife Melissa of Lancaster; two daughters, Regina Carnes and Rosa Roberts and her husband Michael all of Lancaster; a brother, Douglas Carnes of Lancaster; two sisters, Rebecca Moore of Pensacola, FL and Tonya Ellis and her husband Brian of Lancaster; and five grandchildren.
