Mrs. Melissa Ann Moore Outen, 45, of Lancaster passed away Thursday, November 12, 2015 at her home. She was born May 27, 1970 in Camden, a daughter of the late Anderson Moore, Jr. and Thelma Elizabeth Jones Moore. She was a loving wife of 22 years, and was a loving mother and sister. She always put her family first and was outspoken and honest. She loved going on vacation and enjoyed the mountains and beach.A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Outen will be held Monday, November 16, 2015 at 3:00 pm at the graveside at Lancaster Memorial Park.Mrs. Outen is survived by her husband, Jerimy Outen; a daughter, Emily Elizabeth Outen of Lancaster; her mother, Thelma E.
