so sorry for your loss. Moe work for me and Twin Pones and was a very ind man.
My heart goes out to the entire Carter family. I have very fond memories of Moe helping us get to football games and achieve a victory. I will never forget his words of encouragement. He always had a way to motivate me and get my mind on the game. He will be truly missed. My condolences. Billy Langley
We are so saddened by the passing of a great man inside and out. No words can truly say how much he will be missed by everyone. Uncle Maurice, you may have gone to heaven and no longer in the physical world; but you will continue to live on in memories that everyone will cherish the rest of their lives and the lives of their children.
Heaven just got another angel to look over all the family and friends that he loved and can now visit with Nanny and Dandy.
Miss you and will always love you,
Joey and Jennifer
Maurice Carter was one of a kind. he was old school, never met a stranger and saw the best in everyone he met. He made all the Buford school children feel special through his kind words, his big smile and his words of encouragement to them. They all had value in his eyes and his heart and he never made a difference in whether their economic status was rich or less than rich. He spent years extending his friendship to so many. He devoted himself to keeping many kindergarten children safe and happy on their bus rides home. He worked closely with Mrs. Jenkins and Mrs. Walters' kindergarten for years and we always felt better when "Moe" had them in his hands. Buford community has lost a good man, a caring man and a man with a personality bigger than his own life. God bless his family and help us to rise to the occasion to pass on what "Moe" showed us in his daily life. Prayers ongoing, Vonnie Jenkins and family
