Mary Elizabeth Deese Morgan

Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Deese Morgan, 82, of Lancaster, widow of Billy Gene “Crip” Morgan, passed away Thursday, March 16, 2017 at White Oak Manor. She was born February 11, 1935 in Lancaster, a daughter of the late Wade Hampton Deese and Lucille Lynn Deese. Mrs. Morgan was a member of Sherwood Baptist Church.A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Morgan will be held Friday, March 17, 2017 at 1 pm from the graveside at Lancaster Memorial Park with the Rev. Rusty McAlister officiating.Mrs. Morgan is survived by a son, B G Morgan and his wife Tina of Heath Springs; a daughter, Jan Tucker and her husband, Buck of Lancaster; two brothers, Charles Deese and his wife Janice of Liberty Hill and Richard Deese and his wife Joy of Lancaster; three sisters, Lynn Moree, Diane Gay and her husband Phil all of Lancaster, and Nina Carnell and her husband Rick of Blythewood; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
