Mary Lynn Criminger Faulkenberry

Mrs. Mary Lynn Criminger Faulkneberry, 87, of Lancaster, widow of Bobby Eugene “Bob” Faulkenberry, passed away Thursday, March 15, 2018 at her home. She was born July 24, 1930 in Lancaster, a daughter of the late Chalmers Criminger and Elizabeth Johnson Criminger. Mrs. Faulkenberry was a member of Hyde Park Baptist Church and a Sunday School teacher of many children.A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Faulkenberry will be held Sunday, March 18, 2018 at 3 pm at Hyde Park Baptist Church with the Rev. Charlie Simpson and Rev. Rod Yow officiating. Burial will be in the Lancaster Memorial Park.Mrs. Faulkenberry is survived by two sons, Bobby Kyle Faulkenberry and his wife Robin and Gregory Faulkenberry all of Lancaster; a daughter, Mandy Cauthen and her husband Steve of Lancaster; a brother, Ray Criminger and his wife Marlene of Lancaster; two sisters, Marcene Neal and her husband Frank of Lancaster and Wilene Gardner and her husband Lynn of Sumter; four grandchildren, Abby Grace Faulkenberry, Haley Lynne Faulkenberry, Ali Elizabeth Cauthen and Colby Steven Cauthen; and two grand dogs, Toby and Chloe. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Lori Eugenia Faulkenberry; and three sisters, Helen Hinson, Mildred Kennington and Nellie Bradley.The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. Sunday, March 18, 2018 at Hyde Park Baptist Church and other times at the home of Kyle and Robin Faulkenberry.Memorial contributions may be made to Hyde Park Baptist Church, 1906 Flat Creek Road, Lancaster, SC 29720.Lancaster Funeral Home & Cremation Service is serving the family of Mrs. Faulkenberry.Read Obituary
