Marian Elizabeth "Majie" Small Hudson

Mrs. Marian Elizabeth "Majie" Small Hudson, 79, of Lancaster, widow of Leonard Sylvester Hudson, passed away Saturday, September 26, 2015 at Springs Memorial Hospital. She was born January 13, 1936 in Lancaster, a daughter of the late Dewey Small and Ruth Deese Small. A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Hudson will be held Monday, September 28, 2015 at 11 am at Lancaster Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Larry Helm officiating. Burial will be in the Lancaster Memorial Park. Mrs. Hudson is survived by a son, Scott Hudson of Lancaster; two daughters, Donna Ingram and her husband Bobby and Lisa Bonkowski and her husband Larry, all of Lancaster; a brother, Leonard Small and his wife Mary Ann of Indian Land; a sister, Marcene Montgomery and her husband Robert of Lancaster; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Nick Threatt and Gene Small.The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Sunday, September 27, 2015 at Lancaster Funeral Home and other times at the home of Donna and Bobby Ingram.
