Linda Faye Dease Bowers

Mrs. Linda Faye Dease Bowers, 68, of Kershaw passed away Monday, April 25, 2016 at her home. She was born March 7, 1948 in Lancaster, a daughter of the late Roy Dease and Dorothy Phillips Dease. Mrs. Bowers was a faithful member of Oak Ridge Baptist Church where she served as church pianist. She enjoyed reading and playing word games.A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Bowers will be held Thursday, April 28, 2016 at 3 pm at Oak Ridge Baptist Church with the Rev. Bobby James officiating. Burial will be in the Oak Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery.Mrs. Bowers is survived by her husband, Glen Bowers of Kershaw; a son, Kevin Bowers and his wife Tanya of Kershaw; a daughter, Donna Faulkenberry and her husband Kim of Kershaw; a brother, Harvey Dease and his wife Melba of Millington, TN; two sisters, Arlene Young and her husband Charles of Kershaw and Mary Cliatt and her husband Paul of Millspring, NC; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
