Ms. Kay Frances Edwards, 53, of Lancaster passed away Friday, February 27, 2015 at Carolinas Medical Center. She was born April 19, 1961 in Lancaster, a daughter of Eugene F. Edwards and the late Mary Frances Edwards.A memorial service to celebrate the life of Ms. Edwards will be held Friday, March 6, 2015 at 2 pm at Lancaster Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Todd Robinson officiating. Burial will be private.Ms. Edwards is survived by a daughter, Kay Christine Dean of Lancaster; her father, Eugene F. Edwards and his wife Reba of Heath Springs; two brothers, David Edwards and his wife Dinar and Samuel Edwards all of Lancaster; two sisters, Rachel L. Catoe and her husband Dennis of Lancaster and Carol Smith of Kershaw; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.Lancaster Funeral Home & Cremation Service is serving the family of Ms. Edwards.Read Obituary
