John Wayne "Frog" Robinson

Mr. John Wayne “Frog’ Robinson, 69, of Lancaster passed away Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at Palmetto Health Richland Hospital in Columbia. He was born December 30, 1944 in Lancaster, a son of the late Charlie Robinson and Ruth Gardner Robinson. Mr. Robinson was a member of Sherwood Baptist Church.A service to celebrate the life of Mr. Robinson will be held Saturday, September 13, 2014 at 2:00 pm at the Chapel of Lancaster Funeral Home with the Rev. Rusty McAllister, Rev. Curtis Cameron, Rev. Donald W. Tillman and Rev. Steven Aldridge officiating. Burial will be in the Lancaster Memorial Park.Mr. Robinson is survived by his wife Linda B. Robinson of Lancaster; two daughters, Rhonda Michaw and her husband Tony and Melissa Morrison and her husband Michael all of Heath Springs; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Brian Robinson; a daughter, Linda Carol Robinson; a brother, Charlie Robinson and two sisters, Mattie Adams and Ella Carter.The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday, September 12, 2014 at Lancaster Funeral Home and other times at the home, 2019 Powell Avenue, Lancaster.Lancaster Funeral Home & Cremation Service is serving the family of Mr. Robinson.Read Obituary
