John Richard "Ricky" Duncan

Mr. John Richard “Ricky” Duncan, 60, of Lancaster, widower of Joann Hargett Duncan, passed away Saturday, May 23, 2015 at Piedmont Medical Center. He was born August 10, 1954 in Lancaster, a son of Kay Frances Baker Duncan and the late Veld Duncan, Jr. Mr. Duncan was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He loved spending time with his family, fishing and sitting in his recliner watching TV.A memorial service to celebrate the life of Mr. Duncan will be held Monday, May 25, 2015 at 5 pm at the home of Sara Duncan. Burial will be private.Mr. Duncan is survived by a son, Andrew Vaughn of Myrtle Beach; two daughters, Felicia Duncan (Amanda) and Sara Duncan (Carrie) all of Lancaster; his mother, Kay Frances Duncan of Lancaster; two brothers, Chris Duncan and Scott Duncan both of Lancaster; and a grandchild, Maddox Scott Duncan Mosley.The family will receive friends at the home of Sara Duncan.Lancaster Funeral Home & Cremation Service is serving the family of Mr. Duncan.Read Obituary
