Jeffery Stewart Threatt

Mr. Jeffery Stewart Threatt, 55, of Fort Mill passed away Monday, November 16, 2015 at his home. He was born July 14, 1960, a son of Glenn Threatt and the late Peggy Whitman Threatt. Mr. Threatt was a very outgoing man, who loved spending with family and friends. A devoted USC Gamecock Fan, he was an outdoorsman who enjoyed gardening, fishing and cooking with his friends. He was an avid golfer.A memorial service to celebrate the life of Mr. Threatt will be held Friday, November 20, 2015 at 2:00 pm at First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Charles Phillips officiating.Mr. Threatt is survived by three sons, Adam Threatt and his wife Ashlee, John-Ross Threatt and Cory Threatt all of Fort Mill; his father, Glenn Threatt of Lancaster; a brother, Glenn Threatt, Jr. of Fort Mill; and four grandchildren. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a brother, Stephen Threatt; and a sister, Glenda Threatt.The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 20, 2015 at First United Methodist Church parlor.Memorial contributions may be made to First United Methodist Church, PO Box 608, Lancaster, SC 29721.
