Mr. Jeffery Lamar Stacks, 45, of Lancaster passed away Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at his home. He was born November 6, 1972 in Lancaster, a son of Bonnie McNaughton Stacks and the late Porter Lee Stacks. Jeff had a big heart and always had a big smile. He was a loyal and devoted son, brother, uncle nephew, cousin and friend. Jeff was also an avid Gamecock fan, loved his Dallas Cowboys, and racing, especially Kyle Busch and Hank Taylor. To know Jeff was to love him and have a friend for life. He was a member of Glenwood Heights Baptist Church and also a Mason and Member of the Camp Creek Masonic Lodge.A service to celebrate the life of Mr. Stacks will be held Friday, May 4, 2018 at 3 pm at Glenwood Heights Church with the Rev. Daniel Porter and Rev. Rick Hunter officiating. Burial will be in the Lancaster Memorial Park.Mr. Stacks is survived by his mother, Bonnie McNaughton Stacks of Lancaster; a brother, Phillip L. Stacks of Lancaster; a sister, Janet L. Stacks of Surfside Beach; a nephew, Grant A. Stacks and his wife Heather of Fort Lawn; a niece, Melissa Stacks Catoe and her husband Johnny of Rock Hill; two great-nephews, Andrew Douglas and Zachary Roe Catoe; two great-nieces, Madelyn Harper and Adley Porter Stacks; and many beloved cousins and friends.The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. Friday, May 4, 2018 at Glenwood Heights Baptist Church and other times at the home of Phillip Stacks, 829 Culdesac Road, Lancaster, SC.Memorial contributions may be made to Glenwood Heights Baptist Church, 600 Nichols Road, Lancaster, SC 29720.Lancaster Funeral Home & Cremation Service is serving the family of Mr. Stacks.Read Obituary
