Jeanette Diana Faulkenberry Dease

Mrs. Jeanette Diana Faulkenberry Dease, 100, of Kershaw, widow of Claude Dease, passed away Monday, November 27, 2017 at her home. She was born December 18, 1916 in Kershaw, a daughter of the late Samuel Faulkenberry and Minnie Williams Faulkenberry. Mrs. Dease was a member of Oak Ridge Baptist Church.A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Dease will be held Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at 3 pm at Oak Ridge Baptist Church with the Rev. Bobby James and Rev. Dale Walters officiating. Burial will be in the Oak Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery.Mrs. Dease is survived by two sons, Charles Dease and his wife Linda and Kenneth Dease and his wife Alice all of Lancaster; three daughters, Pauline Hinson, Shirley Bradley and her husband Reece and Sandra Taylor and her husband Gary all of Kershaw; two brothers, Racine Faulkenberry of Lancaster and Carl Faulkenberry and his wife Annie Mae of Kershaw; a sister, Annie Ruth Robinson of Kershaw; seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and six great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sons, Oscar Dease and Johnny Dease; five brothers, JW Faulkenberry, Randolph Faulkenberry, Grover Faulkenberry, Cletis Faulkenberry and William Faulkenberry; and a grandson, Matthew Taylor.The family will receive friends following the commital service in the Family Life Center at Oak Ridge Baptist Church.Memorial contributions may be made to Oak Ridge Baptist Church, 460 Oak Ridge Church Road, Kershaw, SC 29067.Lancaster Funeral Home & Cremation Service is serving the family of Mrs. Dease.Read Obituary
