Mr. James Neely Allen, 54, of Lancaster passed away Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at his home. He was born December 21, 1960 in Chester, a son of Luther Allen and the late Nancy Rector Allen Putnam and was married to Deborah Hendryx Allen.A service to celebrate the life of Mr. Allen will be held Saturday, March 7, 2015 at 3 pm at Immanuel Church with the Rev. Tim Anderson officiating. Burial will be in the Lancaster Memorial Park.Mr. Allen is survived by his wife Deborah H. Allen of Lancaster; one daughter, Tammy Elizabeth Allen of Lancaster; his father Luther Allen of Chester; two sisters Robin A. Hawhee and her husband Robbie of Franklin, In. and Rosa A. Harris of Deming, NM.The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. Saturday, March 7, 2015 at Immanuel Baptist Church and other times at the home of James and Deborah Allen, 2199 Flat Creek Road Lancaster.Lancaster Funeral Home & Cremation Service is serving the family of Mr. Allen.
