Gibbes Richards Neely

Mr. Ricky Neely, 61, of Lancaster, entered into eternal rest of Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at the home of his sister. He was born February 15, 1954 in Charlotte NC. He was the son of the late Leonard G. Neely, Jr. “Head” and Marion Richards Neely. A sister, Betsy Stacks, and a brother, Len Neely preceded him in death.Mr. Neely is survived by two sisters, Kay Steele of Lancaster and Paula Stigall and her husband, Bob of Bristol, VA. He is also survived by one special aunt, Phoebe Fitzgerald of Charlotte, NC. She was like a second mother to him, and several aunts and cousins. He leaves behind several dearly loved nieces and nephews; Jimmy Nix of Rock Hill, Mitch Nix of Lancaster, Traci Gonzalez and her husband Gerardo of Pageland, Nikki Silva of Columbia and Angie Steele of Lancaster.A time to celebrate the life of Mr. Neely will be private.Read Obituary
