Edwin Carl Miller Sr.

Mr. Edwin Carl Miller, Sr., 81, of Lancaster passed away Thursday, February 1, 2018 at Lancaster Convalescent Center. He was born July 25, 1936 in Darlington, a son of the late Jessie Miller and Janie Suggs Miller. Mr. Miller served our country as a sailor in the U.S. Navy. After an honorable discharge from service, he became an electrician and worked in this trade until retirement. He was also civic minded and was a Mason and a Shriner. Mr. Miller was an ordained Baptist Minister.Mr. Miller is survived by a son, Eddie Miller, Jr. and his wife Cammy of Lancaster; and a granddaughter, Ariel Miller of Rock Hill. He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Halley Brooke Miller.The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. Sunday, February 4, 2018 at Lancaster Funeral Home.Lancaster Funeral Home & Cremation Service is serving the family of Mr. Miller.Read Obituary
