Deborah Lynn Polston Griffin

Mrs. Deborah Lynn Polston Griffin, 56, of Lancaster passed away Friday, June 26, 2015 at Hospice of Union County. She was born January 16, 1959 in Lancaster, a daughter of the late Billy Polston and Jessie Lee Railey Polston. Mrs. Griffin enjoyed outdoor activities. She also loved to cook for her family and friends.A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Griffin will be held Sunday, June 28, 2015 at 2 pm at Zion United Methodist Church with the Rev. Mike Burgess and Rev. Randy Mellichamp officiating. Burial will be in the Camp Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.Mrs. Griffin is survived by a son, Kevin Griffin and his wife Lauren of Lancaster; a brother, Kenny Polston and his wife Ida of Lancaster; a sister, Janet Webster and her husband Wayne of Lancaster; four grandchildren, Tyler Griffin, Caleb Payne, Natalie and Brixton Griffin; and her special friends, Tina Wright and Reagen and Ryleigh Wright. She was preceded in death by a son, Brandon C.
