She was born September 23, 1977 in Lancaster, a daughter of Robert Ervin Carter and Lisa Carol Byrd Carter. Ms. Carter was a member of the High Point Free Will Baptist Church.A memorial service to celebrate the life of Ms. Carter will be held Saturday, August 26, 2017 at 11:00 am at the Chapel of Lancaster Funeral Home with the Rev. She filled so many hearts with joy. I remember being at her house for a cook out when I was a very small child and she would tell me I was cute. I know my cousin loved me as much as I loved her. I love you Ashley! I know your watching over us now with Nanny and Paw Paw.
